Self-Service Car Wash Site Configuration Guide

Match a self-service car wash machine to the site layout, wash menu and payment requirements before selecting optional service modules.

Choose cabinet placement first

The wall-mounted model preserves floor space where a suitable mounting surface is available. The King Kong floor-standing cabinet supports compact commercial placement. The large-screen station adds an advertising display and user guidance. Check mounting, service access and customer movement against the actual layout.

Specify the wash menu

The all-in-one platform can combine high-pressure wash, foam wash, vacuum and other configurable vehicle-care functions. Choose the modules that fit the intended service, then confirm their utility requirements and interfaces in the supplier proposal. Do not treat every optional feature as standard equipment.

Localize payment and operation

Coins, banknotes, QR codes and cards are configuration options across the relevant models. Provide target country, currency, payment provider and connectivity requirements. Confirm payment settlement and supported integrations for that market before ordering. Where cloud management is selected, agree the device monitoring and sales-data scope.

Send a usable project brief

Include a site plan, cabinet position, required wash functions, water and drainage arrangements, electrical supply, payment preferences, language and branding. Request the final included-equipment list, installation responsibilities and service support scope.
